Marisa and Collin are the best!!! We were new to Elmhurst and had been shopping around for the engagement and wedding rings when decided to take a gander at Cottage Hill Diamonds and see if the hype was true. Absolutely zero (Kelvin, that is) doubt. The ambience and the love we felt the second we walked in was enough to reignite the excitement and introduce the fun in the search of rings for both myself and my wife (the complimentary beer and wine helped, too!). Marisa took my wife's hand and gave her the "Be Our Guest" experience and helped her find the perfect diamonds and designs within our price range. No coercion, no gimmicks, no BS. The diamonds are lab-grown which, after a little in-store research, were vastly more appealing than traditional diamonds. After all decisions were made, they managed to get the order in and have the custom-made rings completed in the super short window we requested! The experience was immensely more enjoyable than I had anticipated and the team excelled far beyond any expectations. I've never written a 5-star review more deserving. To top it off, they even sent us a thank you gift card! We certainly will be returning for many more future purchases. Thank you again, Marisa and Collin!
