Was just here 30 minutes ago. The sandwiches are delicious. Particularly the #13. With that said, that was the only positive aspect I had from this location. Now I have seldomly encountered bias people. Nothing verbally was said to me but their eyes kept following me with the appearance of disdain. Now I normally give people the benefit of doubt but this was too obvious and frequent to overlook. Secondly this franchise has a deal of buy one king sandwich get one for $5. I did not notice this and another employee brought it up to the one cashing me out. His look I will not forget. Lastly, this same employee that rang my order had the nerve to say “you’re not going to leave a tip?!” I am the type of person to leave a tip if services rendered were of substantially above average quality. But two things, first I did not know franchises request tips or have a tip jar. Jimmy johns doesn’t and neither does subway. Two, a tip is an option and just because a customer doesn’t leave one that does not give you the privliege of bringing it up. That being said while the subs are great, I will not be giving this franchise my business again.
