Let's just say that my experience with this company was entirely more than satisfactory. Enough to have me leave a comment for him (which mind you I rarely ever do because I feel it to be a waste of time). I had the pleasure of having Derrick Nelson perform the job on my entire upstairs apartment. His professionalism and knowledge of the job he was about to perform was top notch. To be honest you'd be surprised as to how many people out there are just trying to make a buck, but Derrick considers this to be more of a hobby which is bizarre to me. But I appreciated it to say the least. I didn't even really think my carpet needed much cleaning but after Derrick's work I truly saw a dramatic difference.

Bottom line... I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone considering to getting their carpets cleaned. You really won't be disappointed and you might actually get a laugh out of it.
