What can I say? Despite this place being a Christian school, it was utter hell for the 3 years I went here. Let me start off by saying that if you were a student going here and you weren't the most pious of Christian you could be, the faculty practically turned against you. Yeah there were some teachers that I honestly think they only said they were Christian for the paycheck and they made this place less of a sheltered and mundane Hell. I don't blame them since I probably would lie about my faith if someone paid me enough. This school was settled by Dutch immigrants and to this day their descendants still run the place. They have a saying, "if you're not Dutch then you're not much" and trust me, a fully Hispanic student, they'll make you feel like you're not much. Also if you're a student here who happens to be gay, all I can say to you is good luck. As long as you're here, it doesn't get better. I got lucky and found another gay student that went here and managed to somewhat date him and act like a normal highschool couple as long as we hid very well. If you're rich, Dutch, Christian, consevative and wanna shelter your child from the harsh realities of the real world, this is just the place for you. Otherwise, please please PLEASE send your kid to any other public school in DuPage and don't make the same mistake my parents' made. Also you'll be saving thousands of dollars.
